Starting in October of 2019 Jim joined NPact.com and worked as a direct channel partner with Blackbaud. For 28 months Jim completed new client data conversions and implementations that were assigned to him by Blackbaud. Jim attended many meetings on implementations and best practices with the internal teams at Blackbaud and became fully versed in the latest features of RE NXT.
